A (senior) Mom reviews the Bourne ultimatum...

Read this on a site I read -

SPOILER ALERT - stop reading now if you haven't seen it yet...

Would you believe that I haven't been in a movie theatre in about 20 years. Boy has it changed. If I had known anything about the movie they intended to see, I know I would have stayed home. It was The Bourne Ultimatum. It was absolutely disgusting. It had no plot. It was nothing but violence and chasing each other.

Basically, from what I could tell, it was about this guy that had more lives than 200 cats. He jumped through windows and never got cut. He jumped off a roof, and didn't get hurt. He drove off a roof, and walked away. He smashed into about 50 cars, flipped over and got out with a mere limp. The best was at the end - he gets shot, falls off a ten story building, lays in the water face down for an hour, and then he disappears, and they can't find his body. He survived, of course. Barbara and I were laughing the whole time. Also, the camera never stayed in one place long enough to see what was happening. It just flashed around continuously, until I got a headache. Senior price for this excellent film was $6.50. I would have enjoyed it more if I flushed the money down the toilet.
