Sharing the wealth (management tips)

So, someone pinged me about what books to read if you want to become a manager, or want to increase your management skills, specifically the "part about keeping people motivated and in good spirits".

I suggested:
First, Break All the Rules- What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently - probably the best book you can read on this subject!
The One Minute Manager - feedback now is better than feedback 3 months from now
Manager's Toolkit- The 13 Skills Managers Need to Succeed (The Harvard Business Essentials) - my management development program is using this, but I haven't cracked the spine yet...
