Should I watch Ocean's Twelve?

So, I've checked out a bunch of movies from the library (which let me tell you, is awesome), and one of them is Ocean's Twelve. Based on discussions with mourntx, there is some serious debate as to if I should bother watching it.

I'm curious as to what you think:
