Rumor has it some powerful media types in the poker world are attempting to get some pros to play in this one. I’m quite certain they’ll pull it off, but even if well-known poker players do not participate, you should do what you can to make time on Sunday evening to support this event.
For those invisible internet friends who have toyed with the idea of playing online poker but haven’t yet, here's your chance. Your buy-in goes to a good cause and you have the opportunity to outlast me in a poker tournament! (This is not very difficult, actually, but let's not go there.) If you need any help, I’ll walk you through getting set up and provide a few pointers to ensure you aren’t knocked out too early. (Read: FOLD. FOLD A LOT.) You have no excuses.
