weekend update

This weekend I slept, watched tv, slept, napped, slept, watched more tv, read, slept, attempted to do something productive, slept, and went through some email. I've found out that if I don't have a reason to get up on a saturday, my day is totally shot. Plus, taking muscle relaxants in the morning leaves me pretty much useless for the entire day.

In other news, about a week and a half ago, the tip of my right toe went numb, plus my entire back has been tense; I'm betting it's stress. I've thus been to the massage therapist on wednesday, my doctor on thursday (where the above mentioned muscle relaxants were prescribed), and a chiropracor (recommended by the massage therapist) on Friday. Whee! Now I just need to get a referral from the Dr to see the chiropractor so I can get fixed up. It's not a good sign when your chiropractor looks at you and says "ooooh there is definitely a lot going on here". I also have 0 reflex in my legs -- both knees and ankles; my dr and chiropractor both commented on that as well.

and now I'm just sitting on a call statusing for the umpteeth time this month... yawn.

    Being in the office at 8:30 am means getting up at 5 because I hate traffic and traffic starts at 6:30. Wah. But I did get more Caribou. YOMS.
