On Margaret Atwood

Getting my hair done always gives me lots of time to read, and I started in mid-way through Surfacing, by Margaret Atwood (I'd started it before, but had to return it back to the library before I was done), after having finished her novel Cat's Eye last night. It's weird, because the two books are basically variation on the same theme -- as in there are stoylines that are almost word for word identical to each other, though the exact scenes escape me now. It's sort of a deja vu, reading these so close to one another.

I think I may decide to re-read all the harry potters as my next project (after I get through the other 3 books on my to-read shelf), in the hopes that I'll get them finished by July.

In haircut news, I went with short and trendy for the hair cut (and swingy), and I like it, and have pictures, but will post them later, because I'm tired.

  • Tired.

Being in the office at 8:30 am means getting up at 5 because I hate traffic and traffic starts at 6:30. Wah. But I did get more Caribou. YOMS.
