Okay, sure, I know I've been getting to bed later than usual, and yes I totally agree that part of my utter exhaustion is my own fault. But it doesn't help that my body is sabotaging me. I have woken up every night for the last week between the hours of 2:30 and 4 am, unable to go back to sleep until I take a cough drop to soothe that annoying tickle in my throat. Of course, since I don't keep said cough drops in my bedroom, that means getting up and walking around to acquire a lozenge, and then stay awake long enough for the cough drop to be dissolved.
Maybe I'll take Richard's advice and sic the mongo Q on it.
... at least I don't have meetings today.
