more 24 hour goals
Since these are working so well (I got all of yesterday's done, just need to lick and stamp the bills), here are today’s:

  • write in journal -- really write

  • go to whole foods and pick up much fruit and veggie action in preparation for the cleanse

  • drop tax info off for mom

  • straighten the bedroom

  • email Kat

yay! I'm excited for you!! just remember---
START SLOW!!! do the mild phase for almost week,
and the gentle phase for 2-3, depending on how you feel.
Really stay in tune with your body, and gradually
increase the herbs and stuff when you think you are ready.

Is it true?!? I can have CORN on this?! and popcorn?!

Please tell me it is.

And the UPS guy almost didn't deliver my package -- I had to ambush him, he didn't ring the bell and was just going to leave a note.

But guess what? All these pH tests have to be taken in the AM. :(

corn, yes (fresh on the cob), popcorn, NO.
And minimal grains (millet and quinoa are allowned in moderation).
The booklet in the kit lists out the foods to eat, and what to avoid (you know, all the YUMMY stuff!;) )
you can have raisins...I like to snack on those, or baby carrots. you should take your pH (just the saliva one) when you get home...as long as you haven't eaten or drank anything w/in 30 min or so, it will give you a ballpark guage. :)
